List transaction requests

List transaction requests made via this vault with optional filters. Each record includes lifecycle status (pending, signed, completed, failed, expired, cancelled, rejected) and a transactionHash once broadcast on-chain. Query parameters use bracket notation for operators (e.g. amount[gt]=100, status[neq]=pending). See each parameter's description for allowed operators.
